, P. The Union agrees to indemnify and save the Board harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, judgment, or other forms of liability that shall arise out of or by reason of action taken by the Board for the purpose of complying with the dues deduction or service fees provisions of this Article.

, P. The employer shall first recall in the order of seniority any employee on the recall list who was previously laid off in a particular classification, provided he/she is qualified for the position at issue, before any new employee is hired into such classification.

, P. The Union shall be entitled to submit grievances in the name of the Local 1579 and in the same manner as is provided herein for employees.

, P. A grievance for the purpose of this procedure shall be considered to be a complaint concerned with matters relating to interpretation and application of the Articles and Sections of this Agreement.
