Approval Documentation definition

Approval Documentation means evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser that Vendor’s execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, including the sale and purchase of the Sale Shares under this Agreement, has been duly authorized by Vendors’ board of directors.

  • Company agrees not to distribute without First Party production Approval Documentation.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, where any Product Approval Documentation or Product Filing Documentation is required by applicable Law or any Regulatory Authority to be prepared and submitted by the Seller, the Product Approval Holder or the Product Filing Holder, the Seller shall be responsible for preparing and submitting, or shall cause the relevant Product Approval Holder or Product Filing Holder to prepare and submit, such Product Approval Documentation or Product Filing Documentation.

Related to Approval Documentation

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.
