Application Securities means securities purchased by / allotted to the Borrower(s) / applied for, out of the proceeds of the Loan or installments thereof as purchase / application moneys;
Application Securities means securities purchased by / allotted to the Borrower applied for out of the proceeds of the Loan or installments thereof as purchase / application moneys.

  • Option Securities shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).
