Option Securities definition

Option Securities shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).

More Definitions of Option Securities

Option Securities means options, warrants or other rights to purchase or acquire Common Stock, as well as stock appreciation rights, phantom stock units and similar rights whose value is derived from the value of the Common Stock.
