Option Securities shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).

The option hereby granted may be exercised for 30 days after the date hereof and may be exercised in whole or in part at any time from time to time upon notice by the Representatives to the Company setting forth the number of Option Securities as to which the several Underwriters are then exercising the option and the time and date of payment and delivery for such Option Securities.
Delivery of the Underwritten Securities and the Option Securities shall be made through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company unless the Representatives shall otherwise instruct.

OPRA may also contract separately for access to information and facilities pertaining to FCO Securities or Index Option Securities.

Option Securities means options, warrants or other rights to purchase or acquire Common Stock, as well as stock appreciation rights, phantom stock units and similar rights whose value is derived from the value of the Common Stock.
