Option Securities means an aggregate Liquidation Amount of $3,300,000 of the Issuer Trust's ____% preferred securities, issuable to the Underwriter, at its option, exercisable within 30 days after the date of the Prospectus, solely to cover over-allotments, if any.

• Delivery of the Underwritten Securities and the Option Securities shall be made through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) unless the Underwriters shall otherwise instruct.

Option Securities means the U.S. Option Securities and the International Option Securities.
