Option Securities definition

Option Securities shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).
Option Securities is defined in Section 2.1.4.
Option Securities means an aggregate Liquidation Amount of $3,300,000 of the Issuer Trust's ____% preferred securities, issuable to the Underwriter, at its option, exercisable within 30 days after the date of the Prospectus, solely to cover over-allotments, if any.

  • The option hereby granted may be exercised for 30 days after the date hereof and may be exercised in whole or in part at any time from time to time upon notice by the Representatives to the Company setting forth the number of Option Securities as to which the several Underwriters are then exercising the option and the time and date of payment and delivery for such Option Securities.

Option Securities means options, warrants or other rights to purchase or acquire Common Stock, as well as stock appreciation rights, phantom stock units and similar rights whose value is derived from the value of the Common Stock.
