Application Domain Knowledge. Consultant is questioned on their knowledge of application’s business functionality, implementation challenges and their resolution. Examples of business workflows, integration with internal and external systems, type of business models etc. are requested. Consultant that provide generic description of business functionality (from internet articles) are removed from further consideration.

Related to Application Domain Knowledge

  • Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.

  • Best Knowledge means both what a Person knew as well as what the Person should have known had the Person exercised reasonable diligence. When used with respect to a Person other than a natural person, the term "Best Knowledge" shall include matters that are known to the directors and officers of the Person.

  • Licensed Know-How means any and all unpatented and/or non-patentable technical data, documents, materials, samples and other information and know‐how that is Controlled by LICENSOR or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or thereafter during the Term that relates to, or is otherwise reasonably necessary or reasonably useful for, the use, Development, manufacture, or Commercialization of the Product. Licensed Know-How shall not include Licensed Patents.

  • Knowledge means actual knowledge after reasonable investigation.

  • Intellectual Property Right means any patent, patent right, trademark, trademark right, trade name, trade name right, service ▇▇▇▇, service ▇▇▇▇ right, copyright and other proprietary intellectual property right and computer program.
