Examples of Application Compatibility in a sentence

  • The following are out of scope of the Support Services: (a) any support or maintenance services in connection with the Licensed Software which is supported and maintained under the ▇▇▇▇ or Customer applications which are packaged as part of the Application Compatibility Packages; (b) providing Support Services in excess of the purchased Consulting Days.

  • Customer hereby assigns and agrees to assign to Cloudhouse all right, title and interest in and to any and all derivative works of the Application Compatibility Packages and other materials created or generated in connection with its performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Customer is responsible for: (a) maintaining procedures external to the Application Compatibility Package for reconstruction of lost or altered files, data, or programs to the extent it deems necessary, and for actually reconstructing any lost or altered files, data, or programs.

  • For software provided by Customer, Customer authorizes Cloudhouse (or otherwise obtains the rights for Cloudhouse) to copy, install and modify, if necessary and as required by this Agreement, all software to be used and/or contained in connection with the Application Compatibility Packages or Support Services.

  • Cloudhouse has no responsibility for the licensing of the applications packaged as part of the Application Compatibility Packages.

  • Cloudhouse will not be responsible for any lost or altered files, data or programs; (b) all user accounts and end-user computing environments; and (c) the determination of the number of Cloudhouse end-user licenses required to support the Application Compatibility Package.

  • Cloudhouse will have no obligations or responsibilities of any kind hereunder with respect to problems caused in the use or functioning of the Application Compatibility Package by any hardware or software product (including but not limited to operating systems, networks, and third party software) other than the Application Compatibility Package.

  • If Cloudhouse is not permitted or is unable to access the Application Compatibility Package, it may result in slower resolution times or inhibit Cloudhouse’s ability to resolve a Problem and Customer will incur additional costs if Cloudhouse should have to resolve the Problem onsite at Customer’s facilities.

  • The Support Services shall comprise Cloudhouse using commercially reasonable efforts to: (a) provide general advice and guidance in respect of the Application Compatibility Packages; and (b) troubleshoot and correct Problems reported by Customer in accordance with this SLA.

  • If specialist level technical support is required, then Customer’s technical support staff (i) performs Problem isolation, replication and interoperability testing, (ii) provides remote diagnostics services, and (iii) implements a resolution for a Problem that is not the result of a material error or defect in the Application Compatibility Package.

Related to Application Compatibility

  • Compatibility means a condition in which land uses or conditions can coexist in relative proximity to each other in a stable fashion over time such that no use or condition is unduly negatively impacted directly or indirectly by another use or condition.

  • Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
