Applicant Team means, collectively, the Team Members (including Prime Team Members) that form the Applicant.

Applicant Team. – shall mean a duly formed, validly existing entity, organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, or any other State, that is applying for funds for a Project pursuant to this Notice of Funding Opportunity. The Applicant Team shall own or control the Owner of the Project. Project consultants and other like professionals shall not be Considered as Applicants.

Examples of Applicant Team in a sentence

  • Each of the ten (10) projects submitted will be evaluated and scored by the Evaluation Committee based on the factors listed above and reflected in Attachment 3 – Applicant Team Project History and Performance and awarded from 0 to 15 points for each of the ten (10) projects submitted.

  • Team Leader means a registered nurse appointed as such for a nominated period as specified by the employer. Only one registered nurse shall be so appointed at any one location at any one time. Team leaders shall carry out such supervisory and resource management duties as are reasonably required and shall receive an allowance as set out in Item 1 of Table 2 - Allowances, of Part B.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Development Team means and includes the Applicant, Owner, Developer, General Partner, Qualified Management Company, and HC Consultant identified as such in the Application.
