Applicant Declaration definition

Applicant Declaration means the AQ TAS DCRC Fellowship applicant declaration signed by the Recipient and the Fellow, and attached in Schedule 6. Application means the AQ TAS DCRC Fellowship funding application document and any annexures to it, and attached in Schedule 5. AQ TAS DCRC Fellowship means the Advance Queensland Trusted Autonomous Systems DCRC Fellowship which is the subject of the Agreement.

  • The Consumer shall abide at all times to the Applicant Declaration as stipulated in the Application Form.

Related to Applicant Declaration

  • Relevant Declaration means the declaration relevant to the Shareholder as set out in Schedule 2B of the Taxes Act.

  • Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).
