Applicable statute means the statutory provisions listed in HSC §25395.66(a)- (e)
Applicable statute means (i) the Ley de Concursos Mercantiles or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar laws of Mexico, (ii) Title 11 of the United States Code §§ 101 et seq. (the “Bankruptcy Code”) or (iii) the bankruptcy, insolvency or similar laws of any other jurisdiction (any proceeding under clause (i), (ii) or (iii), a “Bankruptcy Proceeding”). Applicable statute means approved legislation or formal regulation which governs a particular activity, operation or function.
