AOL Properties as used in connection with this Section 5.1 only, means the AOL Service, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇, the CompuServe Service, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, and Netscape.

AOL Properties means the AOL Service, AOL Plus, AOL Hometown, the CompuServe Service, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Netscape, Digital City, and any other mutually agreed properties or products through which the Licensed Content is distributed in the future.

Examples of AOL Properties in a sentence

  • It is understood and agreed that the rights of ICP relate solely to particular AOL Properties as expressly set forth in this Agreement and not generally to the AOL Network.

  • AOL may from time to time at its discretion send all or any portion of Error Queries received by AOL from AOL Users of the AFE AOL Properties to Google without editing, filtering, truncating or otherwise modifying such Error Queries, either individually or in the aggregate, unless otherwise permitted by the terms of this Seventh Amendment or the AFE Protocol.

  • The elements of graphics, design, organization, presentation, layout, user interface, navigation and stylistic convention (including the digital implementations thereof) which are generally associated with Interactive Sites within the AOL Properties.

  • As part of this initiative, AOL will create a comprehensive, interactive yellow pages business listings product ("YP Product"), which AOL will distribute on the AOL Properties in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall require WebMD to incorporate AOL tools or functionalities into Personal Health Tools other than those on the My Health area that is accessible from the AOL Properties.

  • The page where actual AOL Search Results for the AOL Search Service appear, in each case only to the extent within the relevant AOL Properties (as defined herein) (expressly excluding other areas/pages which may be linked to from such page, e.g., via tabs such as “Images,” “Community,” etc.).

  • Any authorized user of the AOL Properties, including any sub-accounts thereof under an authorized master account.

  • To the extent that the advertising policies of AOL and WebMD conflict with respect to advertising in My Health and/or the Customized Site, the more restrictive provision of each of the respective policy will govern, but with respect to advertising on all other areas within the AOL Properties (e.g., the Health Channels and Customized Programming), AOL’s then-Standard advertising policies shall govern.

  • For purposes of clarity, notwithstanding the foregoing, the License shall be limited as follows: (i) outside of the AOL Properties, AOL’s rights under the License are limited to promotional purposes only, which means that AOL may provide links, teaser content (i.e., excerpts of Licensed Content), etc.

  • All areas of the AOL Properties which are owned, maintained or controlled by AOL.
