AOL OLS Agreement definition
AOL OLS Agreement shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.
AOL OLS Agreement means the AOL Online Services Agreement by ----------------- and between AOL and AOL Latin America, in substantially the form of Exhibit B --------- hereto. "AOL Service(s)" shall mean the Interactive Services that are PC Access -------------- Services provided worldwide, including the AOL-US Service and any other international AOL Services, under the brand name America Online(TM) and/or AOL(TM) existing as of the date hereof or in the future as modified from time to time.
AOL OLS Agreement means the AOL Online Services Agreement, dated as of August 7, 2000, by and between AOL and AOL Latin America.
