AOL Network definition

AOL Network means (i) The AOL Properties, and (ii) any other product, service or property owned, operated, distributed or authorized to be distributed by or through AOL or any AOL Affiliate worldwide (and including those properties excluded within the definition of the AOL Properties). It is understood and agreed that the rights of the Parties other than AOL hereunder relate solely to the AOL Properties and not generally to the AOL Network.

Examples of AOL Network in a sentence

  • AOL may then, at its option, restrict access from the AOL Network to the Content in question using technology available to AOL.

  • AOL reserves the right to redesign or modify the organization, structure, "look and feel," navigation and other elements of the AOL Network at any time.

  • Rather, such AOL traffic shall be pointed directly back to the AOL Network as designated by AOL.

  • MP will provide all hardware, software, telecommunications lines and other infrastructure necessary to meet traffic demands on the Affiliated MP Site from the AOL Network.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;
