Examples of (ANYKROWD) Platform in a sentence

  • The Service Provider remains at all times the exclusive owner of the ANYKROWD Platform, as well as the exclusive holder of all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the ANYKROWD Platform.

  • The Organizer shall indemnify the Service Provider against all third party claims related to the Organizer’s use of the ANYKROWD Platform.

  • The Organizer confirms and accepts that the Service Provider makes no guarantees as to the desired or obtained results to be expected through the use of the ANYKROWD Platform and any related Services, or that the ANYKROWD Platform and the Services will be available for use without interruption.

  • The Organizer is at all times responsible and liable for the use of the ANYKROWD Platform by an Affiliated Company and payment of the Fees due based on this use.

  • The Organizer may only use the ANYKROWD Platform for its business activities and may not, directly or indirectly, for a fee or free of charge, make the Platform accessible to or available to third parties except Active Users.
