Anchor Stores definition

Anchor Stores means, for any Property, those department stores located on such Property or on parcels contiguous to such Property and which are being operated as part of an integrated shopping center with such Property.
Anchor Stores means, for each Property, those department stores located on parcels contiguous to such Property which, together with the Improvements on such Property, are being operated as an integrated shopping center pursuant to the REA.
Anchor Stores means, for each Property, those department stores located on parcels contiguous to such Property (together with the Nordstrom’s store at Twelve Oaks which is located on such Property) which, together with the Improvements on such Property at Fairlane and Twelve Oaks or any other property which has been added as a Property pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.06, are being operated as an integrated shopping center pursuant to the REA.

Examples of Anchor Stores in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions of this Section and Section 4.4 below, CBL/OP shall have the right, as part of CBL/OP's due diligence investigation, to contact the Tenants, the Anchor Stores, Property Owner's Property Manager and governmental authorities about various aspects of the Property.

  • Tenant's proportionate share of Taxes shall be computed by multiplying the amount of such Taxes (less any contributions by Anchor Stores) by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be Tenant's Floor Area and the denominator of which shall be Landlord's Floor Area.

  • In the event that one or more of the three contemplated Anchor Stores is not opened by date of substantial completion under Section 1.2, then the Grant will be reduced by an amount equal to the incentive offered by Developer to such Anchor Store(s).

Anchor Stores. ; "Anchors" means, for each Property, those stores to be owned or leased and occupied and operated by major store operators approved by Administrative Agent, and which, together with the Improvements on such Property, shall be operated as an integrated shopping center on such Property; the major store operators owning and operating such stores pursuant to the applicable REA.
