Analytics Services new customers Following the Pilot Implementation Period, new customers will be charged at a pro rata rate for the Initial Term in accordance with the charging table on the Jisc Site. Analytics Services are available via their respective MindSphere APIs and provide basic and advanced analytical functions for time series data such as Anomaly Detection, Event Analytics, KPI Calculation, Signal Calculation, Signal Validation and Trend Prediction.
Further to Section 5 of the Master Subscription Terms, Pixalate reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate Client’s access to the Analytics Services, with or without notice, if Pixalate reasonably determines that there is an unusual spike or increase in Client’s use of such Service.

As applicable upon entering into a Purchase Order Agreement, Client shall provide a list of Client Personnel that are authorized by Client to both (i) access and use Equisolve’s content management system (for the avoidance of doubt, the content management system includes the related data feeds, automation functionality, and the Equisolve-provided Analytics Services) (the “CMS”) and (ii) submit instructions to Equisolve in relation to the Services ((i) and (ii), collectively, an “Authorized User”).
Client will: (i) use the Analytics Services solely for its own internal use; (ii) ensure that information regarding issuance of Credentials to Authorized Users of the Analytics Service is kept accurate, complete and up to date, and (iii) prohibit Authorized Users from sharing their Analytics Service Credentials.
Jisc will provide the Learning Analytics Services in accordance with this Agreement, Good Industry Practice and using reasonable skill and care.
In consideration of the provision of the Learning Analytics Services to the Institution, the Institution shall pay the Charges to Jisc in accordance with the payment timetable specified in the Order Form.
The Institution shall provide the Institution Data to Jisc in order for Jisc to Process the Institution Data in connection with the performance of the Learning Analytics Services.
Upon any termination of this Agreement, Pixalate will cease providing Client with access to and use of the Analytics Services, and Client will delete all copies of the Analytics Code from all digital advertisements and certify such deletion in writing within three (3) business days of such termination.
Subject to and conditioned upon Client’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the applicable terms of the relevant Service Order(s), Pixalate hereby grants Client a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license, during the applicable Term of Client’s Subscription to the Analytics Services, to access and use the Post-Bid Analytics Reporting API for the sole purpose of downloading Analytics Data.
