For purposes of clarity, the AMR System does not include the Seattle City Light fiber network or any other communication system used by the City to transmit AMR data from a Take Out Point to the AMR Host System.

• Use of the AMR System by any person constitutes acceptance by that person of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Customer undertakes to ensure that all persons that obtain access to the Customer’s account are informed of such acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as a condition of use of the AMR System.
