Alternative Redemption definition

Alternative Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).
Alternative Redemption means that the Issuer shall terminate the Swap Agreement in accordance with the Swap Agreement and, unless otherwise paid for by the Noteholders, the Secured Assets shall be liquidated (in accordance with Condition 4(c), notwithstanding that the Notes are not being redeemed in accordance with Condition 7(e) or 9) to the extent necessary to defray any of the Issuer’s or the Trustee’s properly incurred costs relating to this Additional Provision

  • On and after the Redemption Date, the record holder of the Warrants shall have no further rights except to receive, upon surrender of the Warrants, the Redemption Price or the Alternative Redemption Price, as applicable.
