For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that all expenses or losses resulting from relocation, duplication or shifting of the Downstream Network in order to allow the connection of the Downstream Network to the Alternative Connection Facilities, shall be born solely by the Downstream Operator.

The cost of connection, including the design, permitting and construction of the Alternative Connection lines, and all necessary associated upgrades and infrastructure, shall be the responsibility of the Developer.
