ALTERATION WORKS definition
ALTERATION WORKS means works documented in accordance with the provisions of “Alterations” in the Standard System of Measuring Building Work published by the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors or in accordance with any other similar comprehensive system of measuring building work and shall include new works of a fragmentary nature to existing structures but shall exclude redecoration works
