Allowance Amount definition

Allowance Amount means the 25,000 litres per year allowance (additional to the Threshold Amount) for each additional occupant above four as specified in the Water Services Act 2007 (Threshold Amount and Allowance Amount) Order 2017.
Allowance Amount means the allowance amount specified by order under section 53B of the 2007 Act, currently set at 25,000 litres per year.

More Definitions of Allowance Amount

Allowance Amount means the product obtained by multiplying Thirty-Eight Dollars ($38.00) by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of months remaining in the Term after the date on which Landlord receives the applicable Conversion Notice and the denominator of which is the total number of months in the Term exclusive of the Rent Abatement Period, in each case excluding any extension or renewal periods. Landlord shall have no obligation to advance more than the total amount of the Pocket Space Allowance for the payment of such costs. The Pocket Space Allowance shall be applied toward the cost of (A) the architect's and engineer's fees, project manager's fees and the fees of other professional consultants for designing and preparing construction documents for the Tenant's Work in converting the Pocket Space to general office space, (B) the costs incurred to construct said Tenant's Work and (C) the costs listed on Exhibit "B-1." The Pocket Space Allowance will be distributed in the same manner and subject to the same terms and conditions as the Tenant Allowance, as specified in Exhibit "B."
Allowance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 3.5.
Allowance Amount means, for a month and a 2000 EDP, the product of (i) the aggregate Electricity Hourly Quantity for all 2000 EDP’s in that month multiplied by (ii) the number of On Peak Hours in that month multiplied by (iii) a percentage equal to one (1.0) minus the Guaranteed Deliverability Ppercentage for that month. “Replacement Price” means the monthly average of the quoted daily index prices for energy delivered in the On Peak Hours, for EDP No. 4, into ComEd, for EDP No. 5, into Cinergy, and, for EDP No. 6, into TVA. Buyer and Seller will negotiate a performance bonus for Seller if Seller’s Actual Deliverability Percentage is better than the Guaranteed Deliverability Percentage in a month.
Allowance Amount will have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Allowance Amount means the total dollar amount of all Allowance Items set forth in the Final Budget.

  • Balance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.10(a)(vii), plus the Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount remaining unreimbursed from any prior Distribution Date and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Advance Amount means, with respect to any Asset for which any Liquidation Proceeds are received, the product of (i) the Maximum Advance Rate and (ii) the Collateral Balance of such Asset immediately prior to the sale or payment that gave rise to such Liquidation Proceeds.

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).
