Allotted Amount definition

Allotted Amount means 1/20th of the Big Advance Amount (as reduced if necessary pursuant to Section 2.01(d) or Section 2.01(e)) or such other amount as the parties may mutually agree; provided, however that the sum of all Allotted Amounts with respect to any Big Advance must equal the Big Advance Amount for such Big Advance.

  • In addition the following definitions will apply: Allotted Amount has the meaning given in clause 2.2; and guidance issued by any competent authority; (including the project specification submitted by the Applicant in its application for the Capital Grant) as approved by Sport England, or as may otherwise be agreed in writing by the parties from time to time.
