Allocated Bonds definition

Allocated Bonds means those Series 2020A Bonds allocated by the County, in a certificate of a County Representative delivered to the Trustee, to the ADC Property, the Animal Shelter Property, the Fire Station Property or the 2010 Properties, as the case may be, in an event referred to in Section 3.01 hereof under the heading Extraordinary Optional Redemption.
Allocated Bonds means the outstanding principal amount of the tax-exempt Baptist Hospital System Revenue Bonds, Series 1995 and 1996, that are allocated under federal tax law, to PBHMC and ACHMC, and shown in Exhibit A.
Allocated Bonds means, with respect to each Project and Borrower, the portion of the Bonds that have been allocated to the Project and Borrower, the proceeds of which are to be loaned to that Borrower pursuant to the Bond Loan Agreement with the Borrower, which allocation is set forth in Exhibit B. The aggregate amount of the Allocated Bonds equals the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds.

Examples of Allocated Bonds in a sentence

  • At the Closing, cash proceeds from the Purchase Price paid by Purchasers in accordance with Article 4 and Section 5.4(a) in an amount sufficient to defease the Allocated Bonds (defined in Section 1.5) shall be placed in escrow, in accordance with the terms of the Bond Escrow Agreement.

  • If and to the extent the Bonds are issued, the City will determine the amount of the Bonds’ proceeds allocable to contribute toward the cost of the Facilities (the "Allocated Bonds Proceeds") and shall cause the deposit of such Allocated Bonds Proceeds into a separate account established by the bond indenture or other similar agreement related to the Bonds (the “Allocated Bonds Proceeds Account”).

  • The City makes no representation that the Allocated Bonds Proceeds will be sufficient to finance the construction of the Facilities, and the City shall have no liability to the Other Local Agency or any other party if such Allocated Bonds Proceeds are insufficient for such purpose.

  • At the Closing, the Purchasers shall provide immediately available funds to the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 4.2 so that Allocated Bonds currently outstanding shall be defeased in accordance with their terms and so that each Bond Trustee delivers to BHHS a certificate that the Allocated Bonds are no longer outstanding under the terms of the Bond Indentures under which the Allocated Bonds are outstanding and are no longer secured by the bond indenture.

  • The Allocated Bonds are expected to be delivered to the Applicant on or about 1 February 2021.

  • The City will direct that monies in the Allocated Bonds Proceeds Account be disbursed to pay the purchase price for the Facilities in the name of the Other Local Agency.

  • The City shall be responsible for investment and disbursement of the moneys in the Allocated Bonds Proceeds Account.

  • Overdue payments will be charged with interest at a rate according to the Norwegian Act on Interest on Overdue Payment, currently 9,5% p.a. The Allocated Bonds will be delivered to each Applicant's designated VPS Account as soon as practicable after all conditions for the Placement have been met, full payment has been received.

Related to Allocated Bonds

  • Allocated Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Allocated Loan Amount means, for an Individual Property, the amount set forth on Schedule II attached hereto.

  • Reallocated Class B Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsection 4.12(a) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Class B Investor Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Class B Investor Interest after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Class A Percentage Interest means, as of any date, the percentage determined by dividing the number of Class A Units then held by a holder of Class A Units by the total number of Class A Units then outstanding.

  • Class M-11 Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, is an amount equal to the excess of (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iv) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (v) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (vi) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (vii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (viii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-7 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-7 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ix) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-8 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-8 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (x) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-9 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-9 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date, (xi) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-10 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-10 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date and (xii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-11 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) [ ]% and (ii) the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus $[ ].
