Air Charges definition

Air Charges means a charge made to airlines by the competent authorities, or permitted by them to be made, for the provisions of airport property or facilities or air navigation facilities, or aviation security facilities or services provided for aircraft, their crews, passengers and cargo.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Utility Charges Defined in Section 9.A hereof.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;
