AIFM Rules definition

AIFM Rules means any rules or conditions from time to time made by the Central Bank pursuant to the Act and the AIFM Regulations, and, including without limitation, the AIF Rulebook.
AIFM Rules means the AIFMD, AIFMD Level 2 Regulation, and the United Kingdom implementing legislation, including the section of the FCA Handbook that deals with investment funds;
AIFM Rules means the corpus of rules formed by the AIFM Directive, the AIFM Regulation and any binding guidelines or other delegated acts and regulations issued from time to time by the EU relevant authorities pursuant to the AIFM Directive and/or the AIFM Regulation, as well as by any national laws and regulations (such as the AIFM Law) which are taken in relation to (or transposing either of) the foregoing

Examples of AIFM Rules in a sentence

  • The Fund Manager undertakes to comply at all times with all AIFM Rules and any other applicable law.

  • The Fund Manager undertakes to observe at all times and otherwise follow the remuneration rules and guidelines applicable in accordance with the AIFM Rules.

AIFM Rules means any rules or conditions from time to time made by the Central Bank pursuant to the Act and the AIFM Regulations, including without limitation, the AIF Rulebook, and, in the context of Authorised Money Market Funds only and where applicable, the Money Market Fund Regulation.
