Aggregate System definition

Aggregate System means a well system comprised of two or more wells that are owned and operated by the same permittee and serve the same subdivision, facility, or area served by a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CNN) issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
