Aggregate Surplus definition

Aggregate Surplus means the aggregated Members’ Surplus for all Members of the Group plus other unearned income of the Group.
Aggregate Surplus shall equal the sum of all of the Unit Surplus.
Aggregate Surplus means the excess, if any, of the sum of Final Contributions (premiums) and investment income allocated to the Trust, over the sum of Incurred Claims plus Administrative Expenses, for all Members of the Trust, cumulatively since inception of the Trust, as measured at a financial statement date recognized by the Board of Trustees in their reasonable discretion.

  • If the Members fail to make the required payments, then the aggregated Deficit Amounts shall be made up immediately with the Aggregate Surplus from a prior Fund Year or the Members shall be subject to automatic assessment without further action by the Group.

  • Any changes to the Preliminary Closing Balance Sheet resulting from such resolution of the Unresolved Changes shall be made, and such Preliminary Closing Balance Sheet, as so changed, shall be the Final Closing Balance Sheet and the final Purchase Price as of the close of business on the Transaction Closing Date shall be the Aggregate Surplus recalculated to reflect the Final Closing Balance Sheet.

  • If, following the application of the Aggregate Surplus, aggregated Deficit Amounts still exist for the Members, then the Members shall pay an additional premium assessed pursuant to the provisions of Section 8(c) and assessed pro rate based on the Net Contribution of each Member.

  • If following this assessment, a Deficit Amount still exists for the Member but an Aggregate Surplus exists for the Group for the Fund Year in question, then the Deficit Amounts for all Members shall be aggregated and the Aggregate Surplus shall be applied to the aggregated Deficit Amounts.

Aggregate Surplus means the total aggregate Surplus of the Companies on the Transaction Closing Date.
