Aggregate Redemption Payment Amount definition

Aggregate Redemption Payment Amount means the sum of the Redemption Price and the Make-Whole Payment.
Aggregate Redemption Payment Amount means (i) in the case of a Provisional Redemption, the sum of the Redemption Price and the Make-Whole Payment and (ii) in the case of an Optional Redemption, the sum of the Redemption Price and accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but excluding, the Redemption Date payable as herein provided upon Optional Redemption.

  • Upon surrender to the Paying Agent of a Security subject to Redemption, such Security shall be paid, to the Holder surrendering such Security, at the Aggregate Redemption Payment Amount.

  • Upon surrender to the Paying Agent of a Security subject to Optional Redemption, such Security shall be paid, to the Holder surrendering such Security, at the Aggregate Redemption Payment Amount.

  • Thereafter, all rights of the Holders of such Securities shall terminate with respect to such Security, other than the right to receive the Aggregate Redemption Payment Amount.
