Aggregate Quotation Amount definition

Aggregate Quotation Amount means the amount notified to the Seller by the Buyer in the Credit Event Notice relating to the affected Reference Entity provided that such amount must be equal to or more than the Minimum Quotation Amount and equal to or less than the Credit Position relating to the affected Reference Entity.
Aggregate Quotation Amount means the amount notified to the Issuer by the Credit Default Swap Counterparty in the Credit Event Notice relating to the affected Reference Entity provided that such amount must be between the Minimum Quotation Amount and the Credit Position relating to the affected Reference Entity.

Related to Aggregate Quotation Amount

  • Quotation Amount means the amount in the Relevant Currency stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Initial Market Bid, Initial Market Offer, Physical Settlement Buy Request or Physical Settlement Sell Request in a Participating Bidder's Initial Market Submission, a Physical Settlement Request or Limit Order Submission, as applicable, which amount in each case will be an integral multiple of an amount equal to the Quotation Amount Increment.

  • Calculation Amount means the Calculation Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Mortgaged Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and

  • FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.

  • Reference Amount means, for each share of Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, an amount equal to the sum of the following amounts:
