Agents and subagents definition

Agents and subagents means you and your employees, any agent or broker you obtain or solicit who becomes a contracted agent or broker with the Company, and any agent or broker subsequently appointed or obtained by any agent or broker appointed by the Company directly or indirectly through you or any agent or broker network you have contracted
Agents and subagents means any Person which directly or indirectly resells the telecommunications services of any of the Protected Parties on the Effective Date or on the earlier to occur of the Termination Date or the Six Month Anniversary Date. COMPETING BUSINESS shall mean any business conducted by a Person which is engaged in any business of any of the Protected Parties that such Protected Party is conducting on the Effective Date. CUSTOMERS shall mean any Person who has used the telecommunications services of any of the Protected Parties (1) on the Effective Date or at any time during the 12 months preceding the Effective Date or (2) on the earlier to occur of the Termination Date or the Six Month Anniversary Date.
