Agency case file definition

Agency case file means the current file from the agency providing direct services to the child, that can include the child protective services file if the child has not been removed from the home or the department or contract agency foster care file as provided under 1973 PA 116, MCL 722.111 to 722.128.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
