During the visits, Omeros representatives may examine all Records and Materials, facilities and equipment that pertain to the Services and Deliverables, and any other relevant resources pertaining to the Initial Research Plan and any Additional Research Plan(s), as well as any other audit reports prepared by or on behalf of Affitech with respect to quality audits of such relevant resources.
