AFE Costs definition

AFE Costs means (a) with respect to a Committed Operation, the estimated Capital Costs for such operation as set forth in the subject Development Plan agreed upon by the Partners hereunder that includes such Committed Operation, and (b) with respect to an operation other than a Committed Operation, the estimated Capital Costs for such operation as agreed upon by the Partners hereunder.
AFE Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13(a).
AFE Costs means the actual costs incurred, which are itemized on the AFE form for that well. These costs shall include all expenses incurred for drilling and completing a well through to the tank batteries, pipeline or other point of sale. AFE Costs shall also include lease acquisition costs, costs of location preparation, drilling rig, work over rig, tools, drilling fluids, rental equipment, cementing, transportation, consulting and support services, transportation, supervision, tubulars, well head equipment, tank batteries, treaters, storage tanks, lines and associated equipment. Examples of AFE Costs in a sentence

  • AFE Costs shall also include lease acquisition costs, costs of location preparation, drilling rig, work over rig, tools, drilling fluids, rental equipment, cementing, transportation, consulting and support services, transportation, supervision, tubulars, well head equipment, tank batteries, treaters, storage tanks, lines and associated equipment.

  • On or before 10 days after receipt by True North of an authorization for expenditure (the "AFE") for the Initial Well, True North shall return one (1) executed and approved copy of the AFE to Operator and shall pay to Operator 25% of True North's Participating Interest share of the estimated costs for the Initial Well (the "AFE Costs").

  • Upon the spudding of the Initial Well, True North shall pay to Operator the remaining 75%, of True North's Participating Interest share of the AFE Costs for the Initial Well.

Related to AFE Costs

  • FTE Costs means the FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs who perform a specified activity pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Prime costs and “Prime cost sum” means the amount actually paid by the contractor for any article, commodity or special work and shall include all proper charges for packing, carriage and delivery to site, after deduction of all trade documents, rebates and allowances and the discount obtainable for cash insofar as such discount for cash exceeds 2½%.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.
