Aesthetic Repairs definition

Aesthetic Repairs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.6.1 hereof.

Examples of Aesthetic Repairs in a sentence

  • On the Closing Date, Borrower shall deposit with Lender the amount for each Individual Property set forth on such Schedule VI hereto to perform the Aesthetic Repairs for such Individual Property.

  • Except as a result of a force majeure, Borrower shall complete the Aesthetic Repairs on or before the required deadline for each repair as set forth on Schedule VI.

  • Upon the occurrence of such an Event of Default, Lender, at its option, may withdraw all Aesthetic Repair Funds from the Aesthetic Repair Account and Lender may apply such funds either to completion of the Aesthetic Repairs at one or more of the Properties or toward payment of the Debt in such order, proportion and priority as Lender may determine in its sole discretion.

  • Borrower shall perform the repairs at the Properties, as more particularly set forth on Schedule VI hereto (such repairs hereinafter referred to as "Aesthetic Repairs").

Related to Aesthetic Repairs

  • Emergency Repairs means repairs to a utility facility located in or adjacent to a primary city street that must be performed immediately when the necessity arises to safeguard life or property or maintain continued operation of the facility.

  • Emergency repair means work necessary to prevent destruction or dilapidation to real property or structural appurtenances thereto immediately threatened or damaged by fire, flood, earthquake or other disaster.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Repair means the reconstruction, replacement, or renewal of any part of an existing building for the purpose of its maintenance or to correct damage.
