Examples of AEEI in a sentence

  • Each of AEEC and AEEI represents that it is a corporation duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Nevada and is duly qualified to carry on its business in the State where the Property is located.

  • Neither AEEC nor AEEI a “foreign person” within the meaning of Section 1445 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
