Advance Conditions definition

Advance Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(d) hereof.
Advance Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 8 of this Agreement.
Advance Conditions means each of the following:

Examples of Advance Conditions in a sentence

  • The failure to pay the fees and expenses of the Verification Agent promptly by the Servicer shall give rise to a breach of the Advance Conditions.

  • Borrower’s failure to satisfy, or cause the satisfaction of, any of the Initial Advance Conditions on or prior to the Required Initial Advance Date shall, at Lender’s election, constitute an Event of Default.

  • Borrower shall not perform any work at the Property, including, without limitation, any demolition of the existing improvements, until all of the Initial Advance Conditions have been satisfied.

  • Lender may, but is not obligated to, make Interest Reserve Advances hereunder whether or not the Advance Conditions have been met, provided, however, that if the Advance Conditions are not then met, any such Interest Reserve Advances shall be made at Lender’s option and in its sole discretion.

  • Provided that Borrower met all of the Advance Conditions for an Interest Reserve Advance, upon Lender funding such Interest Reserve Advance hereunder, the corresponding Accrued Interest Payment for such month shall be deemed to be satisfied.


More Definitions of Advance Conditions

Advance Conditions has the meaning given to such term in Section 7.1.
Advance Conditions means the conditions to the disbursement of Subsequent Advances from the Holdback for Interest Reserve set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Advance Conditions means, with respect to any Requested Advance (unless otherwise specified) to be made under the Note Purchase Agreement, the condition that each of the following shall be satisfied:
