ADTSC definition
ADTSC shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
ADTSC or the “Co-Borrower” and, together with the Borrower, the “Borrowers”), each “Subsidiary Loan Party” listed on the signature pages hereto (each, a “Subsidiary Loan Party” and, collectively, the “Subsidiary Loan Parties”), Barclays Bank PLC, as Administrative Agent under the Existing Credit Agreement (as defined below) (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) and each of the Lenders party hereto.
ADTSC means The ADT Security Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

All payments made by Borrower pursuant to this Agreement shall be by cashier=s or certified check made payable to ADTSC,@ and shall bear on the face, the project code of the Property (Property ) and the Docket number of the Agreement.
Holdings, the Borrower, ADTSC, the Lenders party thereto from time to time and the Administrative Agent are party to that certain Term Loan Credit Agreement, dated as of March 14, 2023 (as amended, restated, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof, the “Existing Credit Agreement”).
