Additional Team definition

Additional Team means any FE Team that is not designated as an FE Manufacturer’s Primary Team
Additional Team means any professional, collegiate or amateur sports team (other than the Team or Team’s affiliate e-sports team, currently known as Heat Check Gaming) that plays all or a substantial portion of its "home" games at the Arena in any year or season. A “home” game for an Additional Team shall be determined by the league in which the Additional Team plays.

Examples of Additional Team in a sentence

  • Licensee’s failure to notify Club of its election to opt out of the Additional Team Use will constitute an acceptance of the Additional Team Use and the related Annual License Fee increase.

  • Licensee may elect to relinquish Licensee’s access to the Suite during the Additional Team’s games and events (“Additional Team Use”) and maintain its current Annual License Fee; provided, however, Licensee must submit written notice of its election to opt out of such Additional Team Use to Club within thirty (30) days of its receipt of notice of the Annual License Fee increase related to the Additional Team.

  • If Licensee opts out of Additional Team Use, Club may license the use of the Suite to any third party of its choice for such Additional Team Use.

  • If Exhibit D to the License Agreement provides for the opportunity to purchase licenses and/or tickets for an Additional Team, Licensee will have an opportunity to purchase those licenses and/or tickets (as applicable) after the Additional Team’s existing season ticket holders and waitlist members have had an opportunity to purchase such licenses and/or tickets, but before such licenses and/or tickets are otherwise offered for sale to the general public.

  • Any teacher who shall be transferred on or after October 10, 1978, to a supervisory or executive position within the school system, and shall later return to a teaching position shall have all the rights and benefits, except seniority earned as an administrator, as though all his employment has been served as a teacher.

  • Any increase to the Annual License Fee pursuant to this provision will be determined in Club’s sole and reasonable discretion, based on the maximum occupancy of the Suite and premium ticket prices for any such Additional Team games or events.

  • Any additional dates, other than those provided for above, which may be requested by the Team for Team Events (that are not Team Priority Events) and for Additional Team Events shall be considered by the Authority after taking into account scheduling priorities, scheduled or planned Authority Events, and the goal of maximization of public access to the Stadium.

  • Such access pursuant to the preceding sentence shall not be deemed a Team Event or Additional Team Event.

  • In connection therewith, NAMING RIGHTS PARTNER shall not be required to pay any additional Fees in connection with any Additional Team.

Related to Additional Team

  • Development Team means and includes the Applicant, Owner, Developer, General Partner, Qualified Management Company, and HC Consultant identified as such in the Application.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.
