Additional Targets definition

Additional Targets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Additional Targets means Targets which (a) have been identified by or on behalf of AVEO other than in the course of the Research Program (“Additional Model Targets”) or (b) are identified in the course of the Research Program and are tractable only for Biologicals (“Additional Biological Targets”), or (c) are identified in the course of the Research Program and are tractable both for chemical entities and Biologicals (“Additional Dual Targets”).
Additional Targets means a Target that is added to the Collaboration in accordance with Section 4.2.

Examples of Additional Targets in a sentence

  • The licenses set forth in Sections 2.1(a) (Initial Target), 2.1(b) (Additional Targets) and 2.1(c) (Research License) include sublicenses under the In-License Agreements.

More Definitions of Additional Targets

Additional Targets means the therapeutic targets listed on Exhibit A attached hereto and any other therapeutic targets identified by Omeros to North Coast during the Option Period (as defined below); provided, however, that Additional Targets shall not include the following targets for which North Coast has previously granted a third party an option to have North Coast develop antibodies against such targets pursuant to a written agreement executed prior to the date of this Agreement, if and only if such following targets are timely elected by such third party under the prior agreement prior to December 1, 2008 and only with respect to the ScFV format of antibody fragments against such elected following targets for which North Coast is precluded from developing for Omeros pursuant to the terms of the prior agreement: [†].
