Additional Required Enhancement Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of (a) the excess, if any, of (x) 10% of the Old Republic Covered Balance as of such Distribution Date over (y) the Undrawn Old Republic Pool Insurance Policy Balance as of such Distribution Date, and (b) the excess, if any, of (x) 10% of the United Guaranty Covered Balance as of such Distribution Date over (y) the Undrawn United Guaranty Pool Insurance Policy Balance as of such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.
Additional Required Enhancement Percentage. For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) 9.50% over (ii) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Undrawn Pool Insurance Policy Balance immediately before such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the preceding Collection Period.
Additional Required Enhancement Percentage. For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (A) the excess, if any, of (i) 10.00% over (ii) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Undrawn Old Republic Pool Insurance Policy Balance immediately before such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the Old Republic Covered Balance as of the first day of the preceding Collection Period and (B) the excess, if any, of (i) 10.00% over (ii) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Undrawn United Guaranty Pool Insurance Policy Balance immediately before such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the United Guaranty Covered Balance as of the first day of the preceding Collection Period.

  • Senior Specified Enhancement Percentage As of any date of determination, 38.00%.

  • Credit Enhancement Percentage For any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balances of the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class CE Certificates, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, calculated after taking into account distributions of principal on the Mortgage Loans and distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount to the Certificates then entitled to distributions of principal on such Distribution Date.

  • Senior Enhancement Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinated Certificates and (ii) the Subordinated Amount (in each case after taking into account the distributions of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) by (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.

  • Minimum Credit Enhancement Test With respect to any Payment Date, a test that will be satisfied if the Subordinate Percentage is greater than or equal to 6.00%.

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date.   • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Excess Overcollateralized Amount With respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Overcollateralized Amount for such Distribution Date (calculated for this purpose only after assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date has been distributed) over (ii) the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Sixty-Plus Delinquency Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and the Mortgage Loans, the arithmetic average, for each of the three Distribution Dates ending with such Distribution Date, of the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to (x) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans that are 60 or more days delinquent in payment of principal and interest for that Distribution Date, including Mortgage Loans in foreclosure and REO, over (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans immediately preceding that Distribution Date.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, (i) zero, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is greater than or equal to 4.50%, (ii) 1.25%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iii) 2.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (iv) 2.75%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (v) 3.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vi) 4.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 2.00%, and (vii) 6.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 2.00%.

  • Overcollateralization Increase Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the Overcollateralization Deficiency Amount as of such Distribution Date and (b) the Net Monthly Excess Cashflow for such Distribution Date.

  • Overcollateralization Reduction Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Excess Overcollateralization Amount is, after taking into account all other distributions to be made on such Distribution Date, greater than zero, the Overcollateralization Reduction Amount shall be equal to the lesser of (i) the Excess Overcollateralization Amount for that Distribution Date and (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date.

  • Delinquency Percentage means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, an amount equal to the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the aggregate Principal Balance of all 60-Day Delinquent Receivables as of the last day of such Collection Period to (ii) the Pool Balance as of the last day of such Collection Period.

  • Overcollateralized Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over (b) the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of the LIBOR Certificates as of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to the payment of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Certificates on such Distribution Date).

  • Final Payment Percentage is five percent (5.00%).
