Additional Hardware definition

Additional Hardware means the hardware and other equipment, and related Documentation, that Contractor may provide as part of Optional Work following Go-Live upon County’s request therefor as Additional Products in accordance with Paragraph 6.4 (Optional Work) and Xxxx 00 (Optional Work) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work), which will update Schedule B.1 (Optional Work Schedule). Once accepted and approved by County, Additional Hardware shall become part of, and be deemed, Solution Hardware for the purpose of this Agreement. Additional Interfaces
Additional Hardware means solely the Company Proposed Additional Hardware and the Harmonix Proposed Additional Hardware that become subject to this Agreement by amendment as provided by Section 2.7.1

  • Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS Features) means certain Common Channel Signaling based features available to End Users, including: Automatic Call Back; Call Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Type 1 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, and is running on, such TPD;

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.
