Additional Finance Documents definition

Additional Finance Documents means, together, the Additional Guarantees, the Additional Mortgages and the Additional Charter Assignments and, in the singular, means any of them;

  • Principal Finance Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Senior Secured Note Indenture, the Intercreditor Arrangements and any Additional Agreement.
