Additional Authorised Users definition

Additional Authorised Users means individuals who qualify as authorised users and can perform the same activities as Authorised Users under this Licence (subject to the payment of the AAU Fee) but for monetary purposes are not included in the Licence Fee. Additional Authorised Users are users at a Partner Organisation for which the Institution has agreed with the Publisher to pay the AAU Fee.

Additional Authorised Users means individuals who have a status equivalent to those specified below for Authorised Users in relation to an Institution [but for monetary purposes are not included in the Licence Fee] and are alumni of the Institution, or retired members of staff, or users at a Partner Organisation for which access has been agreed with the Supplier as outlined in Schedule 2 "Authentication Information" means passwords, user names and any other information necessary to access Licensed Material by means of the Secure Authentication.

Examples of Additional Authorised Users in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of the Order for Additional Authorised Users in respect of a Partner Institution, the Publisher shall issue an invoice for the AAU Fee for the amount calculated in accordance with Licence Schedule 3 or otherwise agreed with the Institution.

  • The Customer agrees that any Additional Authorised Users will be charged as per Schedule 1 Fees of this Agreement.

  • The Offered Products consist of the following: Number of Additional Authorised Users Duration of Additional Authorised User Status (e.g. student, course, staff) The AAU Fee is based on the number of FTE within the Partner Organisation.
