Add-on Order definition

Add-on Order means any Order made after the Initial Order.
Add-on Order means the document, signed by authorized representatives of both Parties, that adds New Services to this Agreement. The Add-on Order will specify the applicable fees and payments and other pertinent information. A sample Add-on Order is set forth in Exhibit D. Article 17, "Add-on Orders" describes the Add-on Order process.

Examples of Add-on Order in a sentence

  • Add-on Order A subsequent Order which (i) adds functionality or features to a currently licensed Vertafore Solution, and/or (ii) amends the License Metric and/or increases the quantity related to a currently licensed Vertafore Solution.

  • The Term for Add-on Orders will join the then current Term of the original Order and the Vertafore Solutions will renew for the Renewal Term as specified on the Add-on Order.

  • Subject to Section7.2, Charges for IBQ Systems Platform listed on an Add-on Order with no dollar amount will continue to be billed at the rates in effect immediately prior to the Order Effective Date of the Add-on Order.

  • Add-on Order A subsequent Order which (i) adds functionality or features to a currently licensed IBQ Systems Platform, and/or (ii) amends the License Metric and/or increases the quantity related to a currently licensed IBQ Systems Platform.

  • The Order Contract may also be amended by subsequent addenda, amendments, Add-on Order Contracts, Renewal Contracts or other agreement(s) signed by both parties.

  • The Term for Add-on Orders will join the then current Term of the original Order and the Vertafore Solutions listed on the Add-on Order will renew for the Renewal Term as specified on the Add-on Order.

  • New Services will be periodically offered to Ameritech by SCC hereunder, based on additional products SCC develops, and added to this Agreement via an "Add-on Order" should Ameritech elect to purchase New Services from SCC.

  • The Term for Add-on Orders will join the then current Term of the original Order and the IBQ Systems Platform listed on the Add-on Order will renew for the Renewal Term as specified on the Add-on Order.

  • The Order Contract may also be amended by subsequent addenda, amendments, Add-on Order Contracts or other agreement signed by both parties.

Related to Add-on Order

  • Variation Order means any written order, identified as such issued to the Contractor by the Employer under Sub Clause 31.1.

  • Sanction Order means the Court Order to be sought by the Participating CCAA Parties from the Court as contemplated under the Plan which, inter alia, approves and sanctions the Plan and the transactions contemplated thereunder, pursuant to section 6(1) of the CCAA, substantially in the form of Schedule “E” or otherwise in form and content acceptable to the Participating CCAA Parties, the Monitor and the Parent, in each case, acting reasonably;
