  • IF MANDATORILY APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES ANY WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE ABCE OR ADCE SOFTWARE, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION OR BEGIN OF USE, WHATEVER IS THE EARLIER.
