Actual Payroll definition

Actual Payroll means the annual payroll on which the City Income Tax is assessed for (a) all employees of the Developer and its affiliates, including, without limitation Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center, LLC and Crystal Clinic, Inc., and (b) all contracted for independent service providers of Developer or its affiliates, including without limitation, the services of anesthesiologists and hospitalists with respect to operations at the TIF Site. "City Income Tax" means the revenues generated by the levy of the City Income Tax Rate. "City Income Tax Rate" means the then current rate of taxation of income Ievied by the City under the Codified Ordinances or the Charter of the City, or any successor provision.

  • Actual Payment means, with respect to a Receivable and a Collection Period, all payments received by the Servicer from or for the account of the related Obligor on such Receivable during such Collection Period, net of any Supplemental Servicing Fees attributable to such Receivable.

  • Payroll means the total salaries and wages before deducting any personal or dependency exemptions.
