Actual Output definition

Actual Output. The total quantity of electric energy (measured in kilowatt hours) produced by the Facility over a given time period and delivered to the Point of Interconnection, as measured by the revenue meter. "Actual Output" is the equivalent of "Net Energy."
Actual Output means the amount of electric energy created by the Solar Facility to date plus any kWh for which you have previously received a refund. If the Actual Output is less than the Guaranteed Output for that anniversary date set forth on Exhibit A, Sunrun will issue you a refund. This refund will be calculated by subtracting the Actual Output for that anniversary date from the Guaranteed Output for that anniversary date, and multiplying the result by $0.13 per kWh.

Examples of Actual Output in a sentence

  • Sunrun may use this overproduction amount to offset future underproduction in a given period should the Actual Output attributable to such period be less than the Guaranteed Output attributable to such period.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, "Actual Output" shall mean the amount of electric energy generated by the Solar System to date plus any kWh for which you have previously received a refund.

  • Seller shall update such forecast and provide unit availability updates any time information becomes available indicating a change in the forecast of Actual Output from the Facility.

  • Seller shall provide Company with an hourly forecast of Actual Output for each hour of the next Day.

  • Company may take appropriate action to limit the Actual Output pursuant to, but not limited to, Article 8 (Company Dispatch), Article 9 (Personnel and System Safety), Article 25 (Good Engineering and Operating Practices), and Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller).

  • By the tenth (10th) Business Day of each calendar month, Seller shall submit to Company an invoice that separately states the following for the preceding month: (i) the Actual Output during this period; (ii) the monthly Lump Sum Payment for this period; and (iii) the monthly metering charge as set forth in Article 7 (Seller Payments) of this Agreement.

  • If Seller so chooses to subscribe to such forecasting service and elects to use such service in lieu of creating its own forecast, Seller shall not be required to provide Day-ahead forecasts pursuant to this Section 6.5 (Seller Day-Ahead Forecasts of Actual Output).

  • Seller desires to sell to Company, and Company agrees to purchase upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, (i) the Actual Output produced by the Facility and delivered to the Point of Interconnection; (ii) the availability of the XXXX; and (iii) the availability of the Facility's Net Energy Potential for Company Dispatch in accordance with this Agreement.


More Definitions of Actual Output

Actual Output means the actual output supplied in any hour during Abnormal Conditions by Generator from the Facility pursuant to the operation and dispatch orders of PJM Interconnection LLC or Pepco in accordance with Section 3.2(a).

  • Actual Uptime means, of the Total Operation Hours, the aggregate number of hours in any month during which each equipment is actually available for use.

  • Contractual Obligations means, as to any Person, any provision of any security issued by such Person or of any agreement, undertaking, contract, indenture, mortgage, deed of trust or other instrument, document or agreement to which such Person is a party or by which it or any of its Property is bound.

  • Baseline actual emissions means the rate of emissions, in tons per year, of a regulated NSR pollutant, as determined in accordance with paragraphs (i) through (iv) of this definition.

  • Maximum contaminant level (MCL) means the maximum permissible level of a contaminant in water which is delivered to any user of a public water system.

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

The term “voltage ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-voltage and over-voltage conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis.

  • Actual Fraud means actual and intentional fraud with respect to the representations and warranties expressly set forth in this Agreement that is committed by the party making such representations or warranties.
