Activity Management Plan definition

Activity Management Plan means a plan, which without limitation:
Activity Management Plan means a plan agreed by the Parties in accordance with paragraph 6 of Schedule 3 (Managing Activity and Referrals etc), which outlines the parties agreed approach to managing activity volumes back to the levels or threshold outline within the agreed Activity Plan or Commissioning Intentions, which should include milestones and organisational responsibilities and be subject to regular review, assessment and amendment;
Activity Management Plan has the meaning given to it in paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 Part 1;

Examples of Activity Management Plan in a sentence

  • The Activity Management Plan may, without limitation, include an analysis of the causes of and factors that contribute to the breach of a forecast threshold.

  • The Activity Management Plan shall specify any thresholds which have been breached, and the Party in breach shall make proposals to remedy the relevant breach, including the findings of any Review insofar as they relate to the breach.
