Actively trying definition

Actively trying is defined as submitting and maintaining an active requisition to fill a regular position. In the event it is determined the Company has failed to comply with any provision of this agreement resulting in an individual losing any benefit or compensation, the Company will make such individual whole for the loss of benefits or compensation.
