ACT Technology definition

ACT Technology means the following which are owned or controlled by ACT during the term of this Agreement which are useful, necessary or required to clone rats or mice in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ River Field: confidential information, knowledge and data, including but not limited to, inventions (whether patentable or not), trade secrets, ideas, designs, drawings, know-how, processes, techniques and like technological information.

Examples of ACT Technology in a sentence

  • ACT shall have full and complete control over all ACT Technology matters, and CREW shall have full and complete control over all CREW.

  • ACT shall have primary responsibility, at its own expense, for the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of all patents and patent applications derived from the ACT Technology.

  • All U.S. and foreign intellectual property rights, including all patent rights and rights to patent applications, relating to the ACT Technology, shall be the sole and exclusive property of ACT.

  • ACT or its licensor(s) shall own the ACT Patent Rights, ACT Technology and the ACT Developments.

Related to ACT Technology

  • Joint Technology means the Joint Know-How and the Joint Patent Rights.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.
