Acquisition Equity definition

Acquisition Equity with respect to a Person means the amount of such Person's equity capital invested in an Acquisition Transaction or Affiliate Acquisition Transaction as of the ninetieth day after the consummation of such Acquisition Transaction or Affiliate Acquisition Transaction.
Acquisition Equity means the 100% shares of Simo Motor held by Party B1 and Party B2.
Acquisition Equity means Capital Stock, and proceeds from the issuance of Capital Stock, used to fund Permitted Acquisitions, in an amount not to exceed $75.0 million in the aggregate from the Closing Date to any date of determination.
